By using kyruselevators.com or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. KYRUS Elevators provides elevator maintenance, modernization, repair, safety inspection, consultation and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services from Surat, Gujarat, India. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

• Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it or attempt unauthorised access.
• Descriptions, specifications, images and plan details are for general information and may change without notice.
• Website content is not a binding offer until we confirm it in writing.

• Submitting a quote request does not create a contract.
• Quotations are based on the information you provide and, where needed, a site inspection. Prices may change if actual site conditions differ.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated in them, or 30 days if none is stated.

• Scope of work, visit frequency, response times and inclusions for each plan (Basic, Standard, Comprehensive or custom) are as stated in your written agreement or quotation.
• Plan prices on the website are indicative. Taxes, including GST, are charged extra unless stated otherwise.
• Spare parts, major repairs and modernization work are chargeable unless your plan expressly includes them.
• Emergency response times depend on location, access and technician availability. They are targets, not guarantees, unless your agreement says otherwise.
• Damage from misuse, vandalism, flooding, fire, power surges, natural calamities or modification by third parties is not covered under standard AMC plans.

• Give accurate information and safe, timely access to the elevator, machine room and pit.
• Provide proper power supply, lighting and a clean, safe working area.
• Report faults, abnormal noise or safety concerns promptly, and stop using the elevator if it appears unsafe.
• Do not let anyone other than KYRUS or authorised persons repair or modify the elevator during the contract period.
• Keep valid statutory licences, registrations and inspections for the elevator, unless we have agreed in writing to handle them.

• Pay as per the payment terms in the invoice, quotation or contract.
• Delayed payments may attract interest or late fees as agreed in the contract, and we may pause non-emergency services until dues are cleared.
• Taxes, duties and government levies are payable by the customer unless stated otherwise.

• AMC contracts run for the period stated in the agreement and can be renewed by mutual agreement.
• Either party may end a contract by written notice as per the agreement, or immediately for a material breach that is not corrected within a reasonable period.
• Charges for services already performed remain payable after termination.

Elevators are safety-critical equipment. We carry out our work according to applicable safety standards and regulations. Responsibility for the lawful operation of the elevator, including statutory licences and inspections, rests with the owner or occupier unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may recommend or require a shutdown of an elevator we believe is unsafe, and we are not liable for the resulting inconvenience.

Warranty on new installations, parts or repair work, if any, is as stated in the specific quotation or contract. It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modifications or damage from external causes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• KYRUS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, profit or revenue, arising from use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the preceding twelve months, unless the law or your contract provides otherwise.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

The KYRUS name, logo, website content, images, text, designs and brochures are owned by or licensed to KYRUS Elevators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, floods, fire, strikes, government orders, power failures, epidemics or supply chain disruptions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
